    I am always interested in gathering information through movement. Even though some RevInMo exercises provide a lot of relief, I do not usually think of them as “one off” exercises, or “use X exercise to improve Y condition.” This also bears in mind sequencing, in which snake may be useful, but other exercises may need to be used first in order to improve the effectiveness of snake later on in a workout.

    I would recommend putting him through a general RevInMo series (e.g., the Foundation Sequence), see where his restrictions lie with respect to movement (e.g., like you mentioned per the sagittal plane), then start to integrate more exercises that work on those restrictions., and re-test with snake.
