RevInMo’s Practitioner
Bob has had a long relationship with the fitness and wellness industry, beginning as a powerlifter and personal trainer at a young age, then moving into traditional combat martial arts such as muay thai, and Kali.
In need of a way to begin healing his body after years of physical wear and tear, Bob found traditional Chinese Taoist practices such as qigong, meditation and cupping. He studied and became a lineage holder of the Mount Emei school under Li Xing Hui (Ian Duncan) and Master Zongxian Wu. He then began to reintroduce traditional strength movements with tools like kettle bells and gadas. This is when he discovered RevinMo.
“I came to RevinMo as a means to help heal a hip/SI joint injury under the guidance of Alex Kalinkos. Unwittingly, I discovered a system that blended all the things I enjoy and find necessary for a healthy human body – movement, mindfulness, strength and the ability to heal one’s own physical and emotional well being through these elements. It’s rare to find a modality that does this so well.”
“Revinmo allows the body to move and live in harmony with its surroundings”
